After having more than a dozen interactions with the Doctors, Nurses, Staff and Customer support, in person and IRL, I can and must confidently give my full recommendation and support for Health Delivery. It’s clear they care about their patients first and foremost.
Recently, I received a call from a Customer service representative. He apologized for the inconvenience or bothering me and went on, “we have been able to cut costs and are happy to pass to savings on to you”… rather than pocket the extra profit they chose to lower the cost of medicine for me by 33% AND refunded the extra payment I had paid on my previous visit! I appreciate honest companies like Health Delivery as well as their kind and professional employees on every level! 5 out of 5 stars!

Update for Feb 2026 Service:
I recently had the flu and had arranged an online consultation with Dr. Neem. Not only did she remember me as her patient, she also recalled my medical history. The price I paid was low and second to none for the quality offered.
Kudos to the two new nurses (Kwand and Bee) who even sent me a photo of my medicine package with a little personal note.

HealthDeliver Team is very impressive, especially considering they’re a new clinic in the area.
I recently had a consultation with their GP just around closing time, and the nurse and concierge still accommodated my request. Communication was easy, as the whole team speaks English and is very hospitable. The clinic itself is cozy and pristine, creating a relaxing atmosphere.
Service was quick, and the prices are very reasonable.
