Update for Feb 2026 Service: I recently had the flu and had arranged an online consultation with Dr. Neem. Not only did she remember me as her patient, she also recalled my medical history. The price I paid was low and second to none for the quality offered. Kudos to the two new nurses (Kwand and Bee) who even sent me a photo of my medicine package with a little personal note. ________________________ HealthDeliver Team is very impressive, especially considering they’re a new clinic in the area. I recently had a consultation with their GP just around closing time, and the nurse and concierge still accommodated my request. Communication was easy, as the whole team speaks English and is very hospitable. The clinic itself is cozy and pristine, creating a relaxing atmosphere. After much research I chose Health Deliver to administer bloodwork as I live in a country where this is incredibly expensive. I am definitely going to use this service again and plan trips to Bangkok for a few reasons: - There’s no ‘fight’ with a doctor to persuade them to issue tests you want - I booked a home service nurse who came to my hotel and all tests were done in about 5 minutes - The prices are fair and the team helping me organise everything are kind and understanding As someone trying to self advocate and figure out root causes of several diagnoses I have, this is SUCH a breath of fresh air in terms of experience and outcome. I had my results within 24hrs, highly recommend! ~ JBO

We have (wife and I) been here multiple times for lots and lots of blood tests. Always professional and always friendly. I've also seen the doctor once here and was satisfied. I had a test once that wasn't done as requested and it was refunded without issue. A replacement test performed. Absolutely no issue as it was a simple misunderstanding probably my fault. So now we've been here at 4 times and the (now closed) nana branch at least 3 times and had over 100 blood tests I guess on separate occasions and we will keep coming back. The prices are good although there is a clinic fee as is typical with some places. We did compare tests with PathLab and found this place competitive for most tests and rarely on only a few more expensive. Over all it's the best price. For a single test you might find PathLab better value but you need to check as for some even counting the clinic fee here it's still cheaper. ~ Nelly B

Amazing service! Really lovely, kind and helpful Doctor and staff, who all spoke English fluently. We recently moved from the UK and the whole family urgently needed repeat prescriptions. A virtual Appointment was made the same day along with very fast, trackable courier delivery of the medications. The medicines had to be temperature controlled and were even delivered in ice packs and a thermally insulated bag. I was updated along the process and it was very easy and straightforwards! Great experience here! I took a hard fall on the road and banged myself up. My physician back in the USA advised me to get looked at and get a tetanus shot. Healthdeliver was easy to schedule with the online website, and I was able to communicate with the Line app for realtime updates. The clinic is cleaner than most US facilities I’ve been to, and the staff was so kind and patient. They cleaned me up and the doctor signed off on a med certificate for my insurance. The bill was completely reasonable and they told me the costs up front. Would highly recommend. ~ Akash J

I recently visited HealthDeliver Asoke as the last patient and had a really great experience. I was surprised to find out they now have a branch in Asoke, much closer to my workplace. I first received their care at Nana, so it’s very convenient to see them expanding. Dr. Neem and Nurse Kwan were there again, together with new nurse Khun Bee, and they made the whole appointment feel very comfortable and pleasant. I went there in severe pain, and the doctor and especially the nurse, Kwan, were incredibly kind and helpful. They took very good care of me. When they realized that the initial painkillers were not effective enough, they gave me a stronger injection, which relieved all the pain. When they also understood that I didn’t have enough cash with me, Kwan kindly offered me a discount so that I could afford the treatment. It was a truly compassionate and humanitarian gesture. I came for a consultation, admittedly apprehensive of these methods. The doctor took the time to explain all the effects of the process from start to finish, the effects on the body and how it will be supported by the clinic. She was in no rush and was very enjoyable to speak with and genuinely enjoyed and believed in her job. I’ve used this clinic 3 times now, twice for online consultations and once in person. The online consults are so convenient, however I did prefer meeting my GP in person. I’ve had a great experience so far, very helpful, caring and there is no language barrier as all the staff speak perfect English which as a foreigner is so helpful. This will be my GP for the time I am living in Thailand, I’m very happy I found them. ~ Kirstin A

What a great experience. I walked in was seen in under a minute. The nurse and Doctor were very professional and spoke very good English. I have been with this amazing clinic for weight management for 2 months and it has been a wonderful experience. Doctors Neem is patient and very caring. The staff are very attentive and welcoming.
